A: FRE5H PRODUCTION5 is an entertainment production company that not only mobile DJ's and mobile video DJ's but consults for live venues, night clubs, lounges, and bars. Q: What separates you from other mobile DJ companies? A: FRE5H PRODUCTION5 has many unique qualities that seperate us from our competitors. We do not charge for setup or take-down time like some mobile DJ's. We dress for the occaison; whether it be a formal dance or wedding or smaller gatherings. We are more than happy to expand our music collection for certain requests and genres at no extra charge. For weddings, we make up to two personalized CD's for the bride and groom that contain their requested songs. We'll use these CD's during the reception and then give them to the bride and groom so they can remember the songs played at their wedding reception and as a token of our appreciation. We are one of the first to incorporate a customized video production that is fully mobile. This a la carte option incorporates up to two 42" plasma TVs, music video's and slideshow capabilities. We also provide a DVD with your created slideshow.
There is never a limitation to any requests a client may have; whether it be a song, a certain atmosphere, or to MC your event. As mobile DJ's, we are very versitile, understanding and down to earth with each of our clients, not to mention improvisation is our second nature. Q: How much should I pay for my wedding reception? A: For any service that you request, the principle rule to keep in mind is, "You pay for what you get." Remember that your wedding reception happens only once and that day should be as close to perfection as possible. Your guests will most likely remember the time they had on the dance floor for years to come; We want to deliver this everlasting memory. Some DJs will charge only $500 for a wedding reception and others will charge $2,500. The difference can be many factors such as: Demand, Reputation, Advertisement, Value Added Services, and Market Entry. FRE5H PRODUCTION5 (Formerly known as Sonic Sound Entertainment) has been in business for over 7 years and has developed a reputation of excellence. Our current price for our wedding reception package is $1,200. This price includes unlimited dinner music, four hours of dance music, a crystal clear sound system (not too loud, not too soft), an intelligent light show, up to two personal meetings, the bride and groom CD's, a wireless microphone for toasts and MC, and comfort of knowing you're in good hands. The Video a-la-carte option is an additional $500, which includes music videos and the showing of a slideshow on a 42" plasma TV! The Wedding Ceremony Photojournalist a-la-carte option is an additional $250 (or $450 if the Video a la carte option is not purchased). This includes photojournaling of your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception hall, made into a slideshow, and awaiting to be seen by the time your first guest arrives at the reception on one or two 42" plasma TVs!
Keep in mind, $1,950 is $550 less than the highest priced DJ with NO video capabilities.
Q: What are your prices for other events? A: Our current going rates are (exceptions do apply): High School Proms/Homecomings: $1,000. Includes full intelligent light show, crystal clear sound system, clean/edited music, wireless microphone, haze (if applicable), DJs dressed in suits, and any music requests prior to the event date. High School non-formal events: $750. Includes intelligent light show, crystal clear sound system, microphone, clean/edited music. Middle School Formal: $175/hr. Includes full intelligent light show, crystal clear sound system, microphone, clean/edited music, haze (if applicable), DJs dressed in suits, and any music requests prior to the event date. Middle School non-formal events: $150/hr. Includes intelligent light show, crystal clear sound system, microphone, clean/edited music. Private Parties (events performed at a residence): $150/hr. Includes intelligent light show, crystal clear sound system, and microphone Corporate Events: $200/hr. Includes intelligent light show, crystal clear sound system, wireless microphone, and any music requests prior to the event date
Q: How is payment made? A: Payment can be made by check or cash; but before we send out a contract and invoice, we would love to sit down with you and talk about your event. Once we discuss all of the details of your event and how you would like it to be performed, we will then send a contract and invoice to your residence. The retainer fee will be half of the full amount of the event and is due within three weeks after receiving the contract and invoice. You may also pay the event in full if you wish as your retainer fee. When we receive the retainer fee, we will send a second invoice stating that the retainer fee has been received and the new outstanding balance with a new Remittance Date. The last payment is due 21 days befrore the event date. This is all stated, with dates and amounts, in our contract. CLICK HERE to view a copy of our contract. |
